Birth place: Toronto Island, Ontario, Canada
Toronto Island is a small community just across
from Toronto proper in Lake Ontario. He has been
very active at keeping the Ontario Government
from turning the island into a park. In 1992,
the residents managed to negotiate a 99 year lease
on the land. In his free time away from LFN, Matthew
can be seen participating in local parades within
Toronto walking around on stilts that make him
around 9 feet tall. He is also active at political
gatherings.
His hobbies include playing hockey and gardening.
He still resides on Toronto Island.
