Are You Being Served? Are You Being Served? was the brainchild of Jeremy Lloyd, who - upon his return to the UK after a stint working in the USA on Rowan And Martin's Laugh-In- was having difficulty finding work. He dreamed up this department-store idea and sent it off to both the BBC and ITV. A more successful transference was made in Australia, however, where a local version of Are You Being Served? ran for 16 episodes on the 10 Network in 1980-81.

does anyone know of anyway i could get the episoeds from series 7 to watch them on you tube is a pain the dvd i was told will be out in march but i would love even 2 or 3 episodes just to watch with the kids in the mean time
