Lava's a Many Splendored Thing / season 4 - episode 4 Writer Michael Miller Director Michael Pattinson After a forced landing, the crew is divided by an elaborate trap that leaves Crichton, D'Argo, Noranti and Rygel underground in a lava-filled system of caves. Chiana and Sikozu are left outside, trying to re-activate D'Argo's ship. Inside, Crichton and the others are hunted down by mercenaries who are led by a monster impervious to the fiery lava.
Promises / season 4 - episode 5 Writer Richard Manning Director Geoff Bennett Crichton is forced to play nice with the back-from-the-dead Scorpius after he proves to be the only one who can save an ailing Aeryn, who has a hard time coming clean about her pregnancy. Meanwhile, a new nemesis takes aim at the Moya crew for harboring a wanted assassin; and a mole within Peacekeeper ranks ruins Braca's latest plot.
Natural Election / season 4 - episode 6 Writer Sophie C. Hopkins Director Ian Watson John's theories for wormhole prediction are proven, just in time to set Moya up for an attack by a ship-eating plant. Moya's crew struggles to save her as Aeryn works her way up to talking to Crichton about her pregnancy.

Crawling through the Leviathan's ducts looking for a way to rescue his crewmates, John gets assistance from an old enemy; he'll need it, since the rest of the gang is in the attackers' pockets...literally.
A Perfect Murder / season 4 - episode 9 Writer Mark Saraceni Director Geoff Bennett Finding the real truth behind the escalating murders on a small planet with a very suspicious population, becomes imperative as Moya's crew is drawn into a conflict being fought using proxy mind-control.
Coup By Clam / season 4 - episode 10 Writer Emily Skopov Director Ian Watson The crew makes a pit stop for a Leviathan tune-up, but sampling the local cuisine turns out to be a really bad idea when their meal turns into an attempted extortion-by-food-poisoning. Buying a cure would be no big deal, except that the vital ingredient is being kept as a secret weapon of the planet's underclass, in preparation for a coup.
Unrealized Reality / season 4 - episode 11 Writer David Kemper Director Andrew Prowse John is sucked into a wormhole during a spacewalk - and is suddenly faced with one of the Ancients, the implications of wormhole travel, and the possibility of dying if he doesn't figure out how to deal with both.
Kansas / season 4 - episode 12 Writer Justin Monjo Director Rowan Woods The crew of Moya arrive at Earth in the year 1985, where Crichton has somehow altered the timeline and caused his father to be on the doomed Challenger mission. The crew tries to lie low in Crichtons hometown, while Crichton tries to restore the timeline and keep his younger self out of danger.
Terra Firma / season 4 - episode 13 Writer Richard Manning Director Peter Andrikidis Moya is now in orbit around present-day Earth and the crew find Jack and a group of Earth dignitaries waiting for them. While the aliens are introduced to the world, Crichton tries to readjust to being back on Earth. Meanwhile, Grayza sends an assassin after Crichton.
Twice Shy / season 4 - episode 14 Writer David Peckinpah Director Kate Woods After selling the crew of Moya some up-to-date maps of tormented space, a group of traders offer one last item - a young girl they've enslaved. Chiana insists the girl, Talikaa, is bought. In apparent terror, she runs, touching person after person until Chiana takes her away. An upbeat John and cold Aeryn discuss their relationship. Aeryn leaves, arriving at Chiana's chamber in time to interrupt her kissing Talikaa. Chiana makes an advance to the unresponsive Aeryn, then leaves looking for John. Meanwhile, Rygel reveals to D'Argo that he cheated the traders. This throws D'Argo into a rage, but Rygel simply gloats and accuses everyone of owing him money.
Mental as Anything / season 4 - episode 15 Writer Mark Saraceni Director Geoff Bennett Scorpius takes Crichton, D'Argo and Rygel into an advanced training camp to learn mental discipline, where D'Argo is confronted by the arrival of the Peacekeeper who murdered his wife and framed him: Macton. While Crichton is forced by Scorpius into anti-Scarran training, D'Argo must face this challenge on his own.
Bringing Home the Beacon / season 4 - episode 16 Writer Carleton Eastlake Director Rowan Woods The girls go shopping, but an innocent trip turns into a plot of galactic consequences, when Grayza and her Scarren counterpart show up on the same dead Leviathan mall for 'peace talks'. Naturally, shooting ensues.
A Constellation of Doubt / season 4 - episode 17 Writer David Kemper Director Andrew Prowse As Moya's crew searches for the secret Scarren base where Aeryn is imprisoned, John obsesses over an intercepted transmission from Earth.
Prayer / season 4 - episode 18 Writer Justin Monjo Director Peter Andrikidis Aeryn's imprisonment becomes torture, as her unborn child turns into the object of the Scarrens' search. Meanwhile, Crichton and Scorpius take a dangerous ride to another reality in a desperate bid to find Aeryn before it's too late.

We're So Screwed (3): La Bomba / season 4 - episode 21 Writer Mark Saraceni Director Rowan Woods Crichton is reluctant to help destroy a cache of valuable flora after Scorpius thwarts his plans to escape the Scarran base; Stark menaces Rygel and Noranti, compelling Sikozu to decide her future aboard Moya.
Bad Timing / season 4 - episode 22 Writer David Kemper Director Andrew Prowse The Scarrens are down but not out, and they've got a new target Earth.
