That night, he accidentally freezes himself in a cryogenics lab and awakens at the dawn of the year 3,000! With the past 1,000 years behind him, Fry decides to make a fresh start. He tracks down his great-great-great-great (etc.) nephew, Professor Farnsworth (Professor Farnsworth), and gets a job with his intergalactic delivery service. With the help of his two new friends, a beautiful one-eyed alien named Leela (Turanga Leela) and a degenerate robot named Bender (Bender Rodriguez), Fry prepares for the ride of his life in this bizarre new millennium.
The Series Has Landed / season 1 - episode 2 Written by: Ken Keeler Directed by: Peter Avanzino Fry (Philip Fry) gets excited when Planet Express is hired to deliver a crate to the Moon but Leela (Turanga Leela) and Bender (Bender Rodriguez) don't really share his enthusiasm. Joined by engineering student Amy the crew go to the Moon where Fry is surprised to find there is a theme park there. The crate is delivered and the crew go around the park. Fry hates the park so Leela takes him out to the lunar surface, where their car breaks down. They run to a farm and agree to do chores for a farmer in exchange for oxygen. Bender, who has been thrown out of the park, fools around with the farmer's daughters and he chases them. They hide in the lunar module, lost for centuries. The farmer finds them and is about to mince them when Amy arrives in the ship and rescues them.
I, Roommate / season 1 - episode 3 Written by: Eric Horsted Directed by: Bret Haaland Fry (Philip Fry) has been living in the Planet Express building but he gets kicked out and forced to find his own apartment. He moves with Bender (Bender Rodriguez) for a while, but since Bender's place was just a closet of 2 cubic meters, he decided to find a new one. Fry and Bender move to a rent controlled apartment but there was a reception problems with the Televisions caused by Bender's antenna. Fry then decided to live there alone and hurt Bender feelings. Leela (Turanga Leela) made Fry realize that he was hurting Bender and decided to move back again to Bender's apartment that apparently had a very big closet where Fry lives from now on.
Love's Labors Lost In Space / season 1 - episode 4 Written by: Brian Kelley Directed by: Brian Sheesley On a mission intended to save endangered animals on a collapsing planet, Leela (Turanga Leela) and the crew run into legendary starship captain Zapp Brannigan. A self-proclaimed ladies man, Zapp sees Leela as a potential new conquest. When the captain refuses to aid the animal rescue, Leela and her crew try to leave Zapp's starship. But Zapp throws Fry (Philip Fry) and Bender (Bender Rodriguez) in jail, and summons Leela to his "Lovenasium." They ultimately escape and arrive on the doomed planet, where Leela finally finds love - with a cute, and very useful, creature named Nibbler.
Fear Of A Bot Planet / season 1 - episode 5 Written by: Evan Gore & Heather Lombard Directed by: Peter Avanzino & Carlos Baeze This time the crew had to deliver a package to a planet inhabited only by robots. The only one that could deliver the package was Bender (Bender Rodriguez), because the robots hated humans. Fry (Philip Fry) and Leela (Turanga Leela) decided to rescue him because he got captured. They disguised like robots and went into the city where Bender was became an idol. The robots captured Fry and Leela and sentence them to work as robots work on planet Earth. This was a fake, because the real rulers of the planet, the Robot Elders, decided to kill them. They choose Bender to do the work but then Fry tricks them and they escaped delivering the package that Bender forgot to give them.
A Fishful Of Dollars / season 1 - episode 6 Written by: Patric Verrone Directed by: Rich Moore & Ron Hughart Fry (Philip Fry) becomes a millionaire because his bank account had 93 cents since the 20th Century converting them into Four Billion dollars. He starts to expend all his money in 20th Century stuff, including a can of Anchovies, that were extinguished of earth. There's were he met Mom, owner of the Mom's Friendly Robot Company, that wanted to destroy that can because with anchovies you could make cheap robot oil that could ruin her. Mom's sons tricked Fry, got his PIN number and leaved him without money. He had nothing except the anchovies that he didn't sold to Mom. He put the anchovies on a Pizza that he shared with his friends.
My Three Suns / season 1 - episode 7 Written by: J. Stewart Burns Directed by: Jeffrey Lynch Kevin O'Brien The crew visits an arid planet in the Galaxy of Terror distinctive for it's three suns and liquid alien inhabitants. Fry (Philip Fry), after delivering a package under the scorching heat, quenches his thirst with a bottle of cool blue liquid. Fry soon finds out he drank the planet's royal leader and is named the new emporer. Fry abuses his newfound power, even appointing Bender (Bender Rodriguez) second in command, until the aliens retaliate and the real battle for power begins.
A Big Piece Of Garbage / season 1 - episode 8 Written by: Lewis Morton Directed by: Susan Dietter Professor Farnsworth (Professor Farnsworth) builds a Smelloscope - a device for smelling distant objects. Fry (Philip Fry) discovers a smelly object which turns out to be a giant garbage ball made up of the 20th century's rubbish. The crew alert New New York's Mayor who immediately calls for suggestions. Farnsworth suggests that the crew plant a bomb in the meteor to blow it up before it reaches Earth. The plan backfires and the city is doomed. Mayor Poopenmeyer calls for Dr Ogden Wernstrum - Farnsworth's arch nemesis. Wernstrum calls for his scientific demands to be met which the Mayor agrees to but then Wernstrum backstabs him by running away. Unless Farnsworth can come up with another idea the Earth is doomed.
Hell Is Other Robots / season 1 - episode 9 Written by: Eric Kaplan Directed by: Rich Moore The crew goes to a Beastie Boys concert. Bender (Bender Rodriguez) found an old friend Fender. They go to an underground place and he invites Bender to enjoy electricity. Bender gets hooked and he almost kill Fry (Philip Fry) and Leela (Turanga Leela)due his addiction. It looked like he was completely lost until he found salvation in the Temple of Robotology. He becomes so religious that Fry and Leela decided to corrupt him again. Bender is then taken to Robot Hell by the Robot Devil. With the help of Nibbler, Leela and Fry found Bender and they escaped when Bender used a pair of robot wings to get out. report error and omissions here
