Under Michael (Roy Dupuis) surveillance (her mentor), she has to face her new reality, a hard world where your opinion and your feelings doesn’t matter. She spent two years at training, before face her first mission. Now, she’s ready to go on, but will she accept their rules?

Now, Section is after Julie, but Nikita will do everything to protect her friend. However, this act by Nikita can put her and Jovan Mijovich’s life in risk, when something unexpected happens. And we learn that Michael (Roy Dupuis) doesn’t always play by the rules of Section.

Michael has to convince Operations (Eugene Glazer) that he can handle the mission, but Nikita (Peta Wilson) is sent as a new recruit to their base and discovers that Simone is still alive as a hostage. Now, how Michael will accept this new information?

But once she finds out the truth, she wants to save the kids, what can screw up the mission and the thin line of faith that Operations (Eugene Glazer) has on her.

It’s Nikita’s first relationship as mother and daughter, even knowing that’s not real. It doesn’t work very well, so Section has to take extremes attitudes, against Michael’s (Roy Dupuis) wishes. It doesn’t surprises Nikita, which already got the way of Section to execute their job.

At this episode, we have the chance to see Michael (Roy Dupuis) and Nikita (Peta Wilson) together. But, remembering that this is Section, where nothing is what is seems, that’s just a mission. They pose as a mercenary couple in the place of the real one (killed by Section) to work to Perry Bauer, a negotiator that has L-virus (a mortal chemical gas) and find out where the gas is going to be used. But in the end, Nikita discovers something about Bauer that will be really hard for her to lead with.

Now, Nikita decides to protect Roger and save his son by herself, putting her life and her new role at Section in dangerous. Will she succeed?

Section’s directory (an agenda with information of all Section’s operatives) is stolen and the man who did it (named Hardin) decides to do an auction between Section and Benko (a terrorist). Section wins and Michael (Roy Dupuis) goes to catch the Directory, but Hardin is killed by Benko before it happens. Now, Section search for every possible person that could has the disk with the directory. Unfortunately, they don’t find it, but decide to use one of the civilians they investigated, Gray Wellman, to make Benko thinks that Gray has the directory. Nikita (Peta Wilson) is sent to become a friend of Gray, to convince Benko. But, once more, her life is put in risk at a carelessness of Section. And, for Michael’s disgust, she begins to care for Gray.

Beside, Section tries to kill Gray during a mission and later Nikita almost lost his daughter at a mall. Nikita has to give up from Gray (against her wishes, of course) and go on with her life, alone.

Michael (Roy Dupuis) is shot during a mission in East Europe and has to kidnap a nurse (Angie) to help him. Nikita (Peta Wilson) tries to convince Operations (Eugene Glazer) to let her go back and save Michael, but she learns that not even Michael is safe at Section. However, the country’s police is after Michael, under Petrosian’s command, what makes Operations to change his mind: Madeline (Alberta Watson) (at a rare moment outside Section) and Nikita are sent back as cosmetics saleswomen while Michael gets Angie’s sympathy and her help. Unfortunately, Madeline and Nikita are exposed and we find out that Michael was never the objective of their mission.

They discovered where the man died, but only find the activator. Nikita (Peta Wilson) remembers that maybe Rudy knows the sequence code to stop the bomb, but Rudy is already at cancellation...

Nikita (Peta Wilson) has a new role at Section: she has to decide if a new recruit, Karyn, who just ended the training period is going to stay at Section or be cancelled. Everybody seems to like Karyn, including Michael (Roy Dupuis), leaving Nikita with jealous. Beside, Karyn is an efficient operative, but Nikita doesn’t seems to give too much credit to her, and the fact that Karyn killed her old trainer helps Nikita to think like that. However, this is a very difficult job for Nikita, which only have to weeks to take the right decision.

Once this is done, they get Fanning, but how will Lisa accept the fact that she has been used?

War / season 1 - episode 17

Section is under attack, because Red Cell is with Section’s lost Directory, so they have to leave their compound to move to a substation. Only a few operatives (including Michael (Roy Dupuis)) know the location of it, but Michael tells it to Nikita (Peta Wilson), in case of something happen to him. All the field operatives are going to work in pairs, and Michael and Nikita go together on a mission after Garsha, a man who works for Red Cell, to gather Intel. They find the location of one of Red Cell’s warehouses, but then Nikita is captured. Michael goes to save her, but fails too. Both of them are tortured, and Michael declares his feelings for Nikita. Just when Red Cell is going to torture Michael again, Nikita brakes. However, one more time, nothing is what it seems: everything was part of a plan (unknown for Nikita) to surprise Red Cell.

Nikita (Peta Wilson) receives an interesting purpose from Operations (Eugene Glazer): cover for his son, Steve, while Steve’s gang is used by Section in another mission, and make sure he will live. The mission is about the CM-12 chip that a terrorist (Frederick Borsos) will buy from Steve’s organization, and Section has to prevent that the chip won’t end up at Borsos’ hands. Nikita accepts Ops purpose, but asks for her freedom in return. All goes as planed, but in the end Nikita discovers that the role wasn’t played just by she and Ops: Michael (Roy Dupuis) also had his job at the covered mission.

A serial rapist tries to attack Nikita (Peta Wilson) at her way home. She easily nocks him down, but another woman from one of the buildings sees her. The detective (O’Brien) that handles the cases of that guy comes after Nikita to try to get her testimonial, ‘cause she is the only alive victim of the rapist. Nikita knows that she can’t do it, but O’Brien is very insistent, and she don’t want to leave Section to handle him, ‘cause she knows what they would do. The problem is that now O’Brien is affecting missions, so Nikita has a desperate idea to end with it. While all of this happens, Nikita still have to handle Carla’s boyfriend “bad manners”.

Section finds a strange machine at a bartender’s (that they are investigating and that committed suicide) house: a phasing shell. They don’t exactly know how that works. For this reason, Nikita (Peta Wilson) is chosen to be the guinea pig and test the shell. This way they find out that the machine fakes the person’s fears to make then get trough it, but it also does a “brainwash” to make the person to execute some jobs, without care about that death is a collateral possibility. Nikita gets addicted easily, what can bring up some serious problems to her and the mission.

Jovan Mijovich is elected premier of his country, but rumor has it that a man named Griffin wants to kill him, which would destabilize the recently peace of his nation, after a long time of civil war. Section can’t let it happens, of course. A team – including Michael (Roy Dupuis) and Nikita (Peta Wilson) – is ordered to a party where Jovan Mijovich’s new victory is going to be celebrated. Section saves the day and get Griffin, but another man, Bruner, utilize the situation to claim revenge against Mijovich: according to Bruner, Mijovich did horrible things to his family and village, during the war, The only live but blind testimony, is Bruner’s daughter (Maria). Now the peace is on her hands.

Section discovers that a new undetectable plastic explosive is going to be sold to terrorists. They have to prevent it, but the buyer is faster and kidnaps the scientist who made the explosive. A team is sent to save him, but something get on their way, and Nikita (Peta Wilson) receives an order to cancel the inventor. She is not capable to do that, what brings serious problems to her and to Section: they have to do something before the bad guys get the formula of the material, and Operations (Eugene Glazer) decides to cancel her on a abeyance mission. But, this time, Michael(Roy Dupuis) doesn’t do what he has to, and gives Nikita her so dreamed freedom.
