The Foundation / season 8 - episode 1

Months after her death, George (Jason Alexander) is ready to move on, but Susan's parents want to keep her memory alive. Kramer (Michael Richards) becomes a karate master, where his opponents are equals in his skill level, but are lacking in size. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) runs into Dolores, you remember "her name rhymed with a female body part" in "The Junior Mint", she suggests that they get together again. Peterman has a breakdown and goes to Burma leaving Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) in charge; a position she is reluctant to assume. Kramer makes a speech that inspires Elaine to go and take charge of J. Peterman.


The Soul Mate / season 8 - episode 2

Elaine's (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) friends try to persuade her to have a baby. Kramer (Michael Richards) is attracted to Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) girlfriend and asks Newman for advice. George (Jason Alexander) believes that the foundation he heads suspects that he killed Susan. George consults with Jerry to try to find out how to learn what the foundation lawyer and the foundation really think of him. He brings a brief case with a hidden tape recorder into a foundaiton meeting and then leaves the room. He returns to discover his case damaged and that the tape recorder inside has been stopped. Elaine meets a boyfriend not intersted in having children. He has a vasectomy to prove his dedication to not having children.


The Bizarro Jerry / season 8 - episode 3

Kramer (Michael Richards) uses a bathroom in an office building and just begins working there. He is "TCB." Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) sets Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) up with a friend who is very beautiful, but she has "man hands." George (Jason Alexander) uses a picture of her and passes her off as his dead finance Susan; that gets him into the "Forbidden City" where high priced models hang out. Elaine meets Kevin and some of his friends; they are the exact opposite of Jerry, George and Kramer. With Kramer working, George inside the walls and Elaine hanging out with Kevin, Jerry begins to feel alone.


The Little Kicks / season 8 - episode 4

Director: Andy Ackerman
Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) performs a wacky dance at work which she thinks is just spectacular. She has to be shown on video just how pathetic and awful her dance really is. Elaine makes a woman believe that George (Jason Alexander) is a bad boy. This mystique gives her curiosity and a unique attraction to George. Elaine later tells the woman that George is not bad at all. George attempts to make himself appear bad by driving fast in his car and pretending to live a dangerous life. After getting arrested for trying to make a bootleg video his true colors show as he cries as his parents bail him out of jail. She is no longer convinced of George's bad boy image. Kramer (Michael Richards) has begun making bootleg videos of movies showing at the theator for a friend.


The Package / season 8 - episode 5

Director: Andy Ackerman
Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) has a rash and looks for a doctor who will treat her; despite her doctor -- patient relationship reputation. Kramer (Michael Richards) offers Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) a method to get a refund on his stereo that is two years out of warranty. George (Jason Alexander) discovers the woman at the photo store is looking at his pictures. Jerry refuses delivery of a package with no return address. George thinks that the photo store clerk has stuck a revealing picture of herself in with his pictures. Kramer convinces George to return the compliment and offers to take the photos. Uncle Leo signs for Jerry's package. Elaine tries to lift her medical records.


The Fatigues / season 8 - episode 6

Director: Andy Ackerman
Fed up with his incompetence in the mailroom, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) tries to fire the fatigue-wearing Eddie. But when she ends up promoting him instead, Eddie’s obsession with violence produces some unusual catalog copy. And Elaine’s staff bolts when she promotes him to an even bigger corporate job. Meanwhile, George (Jason Alexander) struggles with a lecture he supposed to give at work. But because books on tape have made it impossible for him to read anymore, he purposely fails an eye test in order to get a risk management text recorded on tape. When Kramer (Michael Richards) arranges a singles night at Frank Costanza’s lodge, he learns that George’s dad was an Army cook.


The Checks / season 8 - episode 7
Writer: Steve O'Donnell, Tom Gammill & Max Pross
Director: Andy Ackerman
Surprised by his reverence for a song on the radio, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) asks her boyfriend Brett about it, only to be chastised for interrupting. And when she recommends finding one they can call their own, Brett turns down the idea as he refuses to share his song with her. Because of a new Japanese television commercial, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) is deluged with royalty checks amounting to just a few cents each. As his hand becomes gnarled from signing them all, Kramer (Michael Richards) trades on Jerry’s celebrity with a group of Japanese tourists. Meanwhile, George (Jason Alexander) is upset when a religious cult’s carpet cleaning service doesn’t try to convert him. - With Kramer’s encouragement, Jerry and George revive their failed comedy pilot for a disastrous preview for some Japanese TV executives.


The Chicken Roaster/ season 8 - episode 8

Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) misuses her companies expense account by letting George (Jason Alexander) get an expensive hat. Elaine attempts to replace the hat with a fake Russian fur hat but that doesen't work. Elaine then travels to Burma in the hopes of finding her boss Peterman who can authorize and ok all of her expenses. A new chicken resturant opens up but the light from the sign offends Kramer (Michael Richards) so he switches apartments with Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld). Jerry and Kramer switched more than apartments it seems. Jerry begins to act like Kramer complete with the entrance. Kramer begins to secretly like the chicken from the roaster.


The Abstinence / season 8 - episode 9

When a girlfriend’s mononucleosis requires them to forgo sex, George (Jason Alexander) discovers that his intellect is on the rise. And while happy to be dating a doctor, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is surprised to learn that he hasn’t passed his licensing exams. Then, after his agent books him at a junior high school career day, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) is bumped by a speaker from the zoo. Invited back to try again, his talk is then interrupted by a fire drill. Meanwhile, Kramer (Michael Richards) opens a smoking lounge in his apartment. When a restaurant patron needs emergency medical attention, Ben proves to be of no help at all. So, to help him pass his exam, Elaine suggests giving up sex, only to find that, for her, celibacy has exactly the opposite affect as it does on George.


The Andrea Doria / season 8 - episode 10

As quickly as he finds a great new apartment that will get him out of his parent’s house, George (Jason Alexander) loses it to an elderly tenant who’s given preferential treatment because he survived the shipwreck of the Andrea Doria. Unable to persuade Clarence to give up the apartment, George sets out to convince the tenant’s association that he has suffered far worse hardships than a shipwreck. Meanwhile, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) ponders keeping a boyfriend with a reputation of bad break-ups. Although reluctant to see a doctor to treat a nagging illness, Kramer (Michael Richards) borrows a dog with similar symptoms in order to get a vet’s diagnosis. As Kramer gets some animal antibiotics to treat himself, Elaine claims not to be fazed by Alan’s farewell observation that she has a big head.


The Little Jerry / season 8 - episode 11

Everyone makes a comment about a bad check of Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) that is on display at Marcelino's store. Through the Foundation, George (Jason Alexander) gets the opportunity to visit a women's prison. He is disappointed when the facility doesn't meet his impression of what he thinks a women's prison is. He does however meet a convict that he decides to ask out. He enjoys the liberation that dating a convict offers. Kramer (Michael Richards) gets a new pet, a rooster that he names "Little Jerry Seinfeld"; of course he really wanted a hen for the eggs. Jerry's parents find out about the check and offer to send money.


The Money / season 8 - episode 12

Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) parents sell the Cadillac to Jack Klompus for $6000 in order to give Jerry some money to help him out. They along with Kramer (Michael Richards) suggest that Jerry might try a career move. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) talks about her Peterman stock options and buys George's (Jason Alexander) coffee. He thinks she is sticking it to him. Jerry and George talk about the money their parents might have. This piques George's interest. Kramer seeks advice from Elaine about his girlfriend's post-sex bed habits. Jerry flies to Florida to buy the Cadillac back. George seeks information on his family's health history. Kramer works out a deal with his girlfriend. Jerry meets with Klompus and agrees to pay $14,000 for it. George anticipating a big inheritance begins to spend money.


The Comeback / season 8 - episode 13

George (Jason Alexander) has trouble thinking of a comeback to a comment made by Reilly; he does think of one, but it's a little to late. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) buys a new tennis racket from a supposed professional. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and Kramer (Michael Richards) discuss video picks. Elaine prefers picks by Vincent. He prefers picks by Gene or his own. He watches his latest pick and it makes him concerned about spending the rest of his life in a coma. Elaine is intrigued when she receives a phone call from the mysterious Vincent. Jerry discovers that the tennis pro is a hack player. George comes up with what he thinks is the perfect line and will listen to no one else's opinion. Kramer (Michael Richards) makes a living will, with Elaine as the executor.


The Van Buren Boys / season 8 - episode 14

George (Jason Alexander) interviews candidates for foundation funds from the foundation he set up in a previous episode for Susan after her death. George doesen't like anyone he interviews until he discovers a boy that is much like him in his desire to be an architect. George agrees to give him scholarship money. George encounters a gang of boys known as the Van Buren Boys. He saves himself from their wrath by flashing a gang sign by luck. George ultimately learns that he can not give the sholarship to his first choice and has to break the news. His "disciple" joins the Van Buren Boys and turns against Geoge. George attempts to show how tough he is by saying strong words while attempting to steal from his parents who have just come around the street corner.


The Susie / season 8 - episode 15

Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) invents an alter ego at work known as Susie after coworker Peggy calls her Susie by mistake. Susie is blamed for everything both good and bad. The fact that only Elaine can find Susie seems to be making her more popular at work as well. Peterman her boss asks to see Susie and Elaine in his office. Elaine fakes Susie's death to avoid this awkward and impossible situation. Kramer (Michael Richards) makes a bet in Jerry's (Jerry Seinfeld) name and the bookie comes after Jerry. Kramer causes George (Jason Alexander) to lose his girlfriend.


The Pothole / season 8 - episode 16
Writer: Steve O'Donnell & Daniel O'Keefe
Director: Andy Ackerman
Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) drops his girlfriend's toothbrush in the toilet and puts it back before he can tell her and she uses it. Jerry thinks with disgust about where the toothbrush was and refuses to kiss her or tell her why he won't. He attempts to sterlize her mouth with everything he can think of. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) tells Jerry that is he can't get over this it proves he is truly a germophobe. He finally tells her and then she goes in Jerry's bathroom and drops something of his in the toilet. Jerry frantically goes to his bathroom to contemplate what it could be. Kramer (Michael Richards) adopts a highway and keeps it meticulously clean.


The English Patient / season 8 - episode 17

As George (Jason Alexander) meets a beautiful woman who claims he looks like her boyfriend, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) reluctantly sees The English Patient. While Elaine’s low opinion of the popular film costs her a date, George becomes obsessed with outdoing Danielle’s boyfriend, Neil. In Florida helping his parents move, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) is surprised to learn that the Cubans he agreed to bring home for Kramer (Michael Richards) aren’t cigars, but three cigar rollers. And when Jerry is challenged to prove who can lift the most weight, a boastful friend of his father is hospitalized. As Jerry tries to apologize, Izzy Mandelbaum is re-injured and sent to a specialist in New York where the discovery that the cigar rollers are actually from the Dominican Republic ruins Kramer’s business venture.


The Nap / season 8 - episode 18

George (Jason Alexander) is tired and needs to take a nap while at work; he finds the perfect place, under his desk. Kramer (Michael Richards) has taken up swimming, but he finds the pool too constricting for his needs; he begins swimming in the East River. Elaine's (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) date is worried about his back and hers; he sends her a mattress and she gets the wrong idea. She gives the mattress to Kramer. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) is getting new kitchen cabinets, but the contractor is constantly asking him questions. George gets Jerry's contractor to make some modifications for his desk, including space for an alarm clock. Steinbrenner is in George's office looking for him; he decides to wait for George to return.


The Yada Yada / season 8 - episode 19
Writer: Peter Mehlman & Jill Franklyn
Director: Andy Ackerman
George's (Jason Alexander) new girlfriend uses the phrase yada yada to skip to the end of a story. As George sees it she yada yadas over the best part of the story. George is told by his current girlfriend that "my boyfriend came over, and yadda yadda I'm feeling very tired." George suspects she yada yadad sex. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) tells George that she too has yada yadad sex but would not skip over the crab bisque she had during the story as it was the best part. Elaine speaks as a character witness so that her friend can adopt. Kramer (Michael Richards) and Mickey (his little friend) go on a double date but they can't decide who's date is who's.


The Millennium / season 8 - episode 20
Writer: Jennifer Crittenden
Director: Andy Ackerman
Kramer (Michael Richards) and Newman plan competing millenium celebrations. Kramer calls his celebration the Kraminium. Newman calls his the Newmanium. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) points out that Newman's party is scheduled for the beginning of the first year of millenium which would be January 1, 2001 which would be a year later than when most people celebrate the millenium. Jerry worries about his position on his girlfriend's speed dial. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) tries to hurt a clothing stores business and enlists the aid of Kramer. Kramer comes in the sore under the alias of H.E. Pennypacker the wealthy industralist. Kramer takes numerous clothes into the trying on room including several female garments.


The Muffin Tops / season 8 - episode 21

Director: Andy Ackerman
Upon learning that Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) left many of his own stories in Peterman’s autobiography, Kramer (Michael Richards) is intent on reclaiming them. But he’s forcibly ejected from Peterman’s book signing where Elaine’s former boss, Mr. Lippman, is intrigued by her habit of eating the tops of muffins. Meanwhile, after Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) suspects that his girlfriend Alex might like that he’s accidentally shaved off his chest hair, George (Jason Alexander) pretends to be from out of town in order to get a date with a woman from the tourism board. To keep up appearances for Mary Anne, George moves into a hotel. But when he then claims he’s thinking about moving to New York, Mary Anne is sure he’ll never make it.


The Summer of George / season 8 - episode 22
Writer: Alec Berg & Jeff Schaffer
Director: Andy Ackerman
George (Jason Alexander) discovers he has a severance package from the Yankees that should last him about 3 months. He decides that he is going to take the summer off. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) is going to the Tony Awards and so is Kramer (Michael Richards). Jerry has a real seat; Kramer is a seat filler. Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) critiques a co-worker who walks with no arm movements and is accused of being "catty." Jerry's picks up his date, only to find out that she has a man living with her. Kramer gets a Tony Award for a musical in which Raquel Welch is the star. Elaine tries to work things out with her co-worker, to no avail.
