Sam meets and greets the new neighbour in style, before he has to swap her handcuffs for the real thing. Charlotte (Kristin Davis) refuses to drop the Jewish subject while Carrie gets excited over a perfect phone message from Jack Burger, but Miranda leaves the most imperfect message for Steve.
