Scott makes a plan with Saddam Hussein, in Iraq, to kill T & P when they go to Iran ("Iran and Iraq, what's the difference?"). T & P fly to Iran to save Terrance's duaghter, Sally, with help from Celine Dion along the way. When they return to Canada, Saddam has taken it over. They must save their country. The kids turn their report into Mr. Garrison, who says it's a bunch of crap. Back in South Park, Mr. Hat disappears and Mr. Garrison makes Mr. Twig, as a replacement. Chef loses the case because Johnny Cochran was the manager's lawyer, and Johnny did the Chewbacca defense. Chef goes broke and the kids must raise money to help him. They start out by selling candy to rock stars that Chef helped to become big. Chef starts raising money as well, in his own Chef way.
