Into the Fire / season 3 - episode 1

Trapped on Hathor's planet in her makeshift version of the SGC, Carter (Amanda Tapping) and Daniel (Michael Shanks) watch helplessly as Hathor chooses O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson)to be the first host for one of her Goa'ulds. O'Neill is implanted with the symbiote but the blending is prevented by a Tok'ra spy who places O'Neill in the cryogenic chamber. Colonel Makepeace and several SG teams come through the gate and are successful in locating Carter and Daniel, but they are cut off from the Stargate by Hathor's forces. They have approximately 6 hours before reinforcements will come through the gate, and it is now protected by an impenetrable energy field.


Seth / season 3 - episode 2

Jacob Carter (Amanda Tapping) visits the SGC and brings news of a Goa'uld who has been hiding out on Earth for thousands of years. The Goa'uld goes by the name of Seth, and is traced to a religious compound near Seattle Washington. SG-1 meet the ATF at the compound, as they are there investigating the activities of what they believe is a religious cult. O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson), Carter and Daniel (Michael Shanks) infiltrate the facility and fall subject to Seth's brainwashing substance called Nish'ta. While Teal'c (Christopher Judge) and Jacob work from the outside, the rest of SG-1 must overcome the brainwashing and free the helpless victims of Seth's brainwashing.


Fair Game / season 3 - episode 3

Captain Carter (Amanda Tapping) has been awarded a promotion to the rank of Major, and as O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) is preparing to give a speech, he is mysteriously transported away to the Asgard mother ship Biliskner where Thor tells him that the Goa'uld have a plan to attack Earth. Thor sets up a peace treaty between Earth, the Asgard and the System Lords. Three System Lords attend this conference which is held at the SGC: Cronos, Nurti, and Yu. Teal'c (Christopher Judge) has a history with Cronus, as Cronus was the one that killed his father and Teal'c holds a grudge.


Legacy / season 3 - episode 4

SG-1 discover a room with corpses of a group of goa'uld that challenge the system lords. Daniel (Michael Shanks) touches a tablet and he begins to suffer with terrifying hallucinations. It turns out that he is suffering for schizophrenia. Daniel hears the voice of Ma'chello, declaring death to the goa'uld, and realises that he has been infected by a deadly parasite. When he touches Teal'c (Christopher Judge) it goes into him and he is now falling very ill!


Learning Curve / season 3 - episode 5

SG-1 travel to the planet Orban where they find the people very anxious and willing to share knowledge of Earth. However, the children of Orban are the only ones capable of learning new knowledge, so a young girl Merrin accompanies SG-1 back to the SGC so that she can teach Carter (Amanda Tapping) about the Naquadah Reactor. They soon find out the horrible fate of the Orban children and how their adults learn their knowledge. The children have tiny nanites in their brains that upon reaching a certain age are removed and placed in the adults, this however leaves the children in a vegetative state.

Alternate realities of Sam and Major Kawalsky (who is dead in this reality) are found at Area 51. They used the quantum mirror Daniel (Michael Shanks) found to transport themselves to Earth. When they tell their story of their reality it is horrifying as Jack is dead and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) is the enemy. But soon Alternative reality- Sam begins to suffer from temporal distortion, a side-affect caused by the mirror. Sam believe that her other self may die if she doesn't return!


Deadman Switch / season 3 - episode 7

On a routine mission SG-1 are captured by Aris Boch, a great bounty hunter. Aris tells SG-1 that he is there hunting a Goa'uld named Kel'tar. Aris says that he will not turn SG-1 over to Sok'har and will let them go if they help him catch this Goa'uld. SG-1 reluctantly agrees and O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson), Teal'c (Christopher Judge) and Daniel (Michael Shanks) set out to find the Goa'uld. Aris keeps Carter (Amanda Tapping) with him telling O'Neill that if they do not return he will turn her over to Sok'har.


Demons / season 3 - episode 8

SG-1 arrive at a medieval village and free a young woman tied to a stake called Mary. Simon, her guardian, explains that Mary is a sacrifice to the demon that plagues their village. The demon, SG-1 recognises as an Unas and decide to destroy it, but the village pronounce SG-1 evil and condemns them to be sacrificed.


Rules of Engagement / season 3 - episode 9

Directed by : William F. Gereghty
SG-1 arrive to a planet in the middle of a battle where another SG-team are fighting but they then turn their weapons to SG-1. They find themselves in a training Camp where the leader, Captain Rogers recognises Teal'c (Christopher Judge) as a Jaffa. Roger's explains that the soldiers standing orders are to practice battle scenarios awaiting the return of Apophis, when they will be used to attack Earth.


Forever in a Day / season 3 - episode 10
Written by : Jonathan Glassner
Directed by : Peter DeLuise
Daniel (Michael Shanks) finds Sha're and as he approaches her, she holds him in the grasp of the ribbon device, Teal'c (Christopher Judge) comes along and saves Daniel from being killed. After their return to Earth, Daniel learns that Sha're is dead and blames Teal'c. He withdraws from everyone around him and resigns himself from the SGC. He has some very vivid dreams in which he sees Sha're and she tells him that he must seek out the Harcesis child, the child that she bore on Abydos, that contains all the information of the Goa'uld's who conceived it.


Past and Present / season 3 - episode 11

SG-1 discover an industrial planet with people that are suffering from mass amnesia and the older generation are missing following an event which they call the Vorlix. Their scientist, Ke'ra, returns with two other volunteers to Earth to find a cure. But as an investigation is proceeded, SG-1 begin to suspect that the truth is more than what could be imagined!


Jolinar's Memories / season 3 - episode 12

Martouf arrive on Earth for bad news for Sam and the rest of SG-1: Jacob has been captured by Sokar and is now imprisoned on Ne'tu, which Sokar has made into, literally, hell! The Tok'ra believe Sokar will attack the System Lords. SG-1 now go to rescue Jacob in Hell but only one person knows how to escape! Jolinar! This means that Sam must relive memories Jolinar left to work out how they must escape!


The Devil You Know / season 3 - episode 13

Directed by : Peter DeLuise
After attempting to rescue Jacob, they are captured by Apophis (will he ever die) who is determined to over throw Sokar with the information SG-1 and Martouf have. Each prisoner is forced to relive painful memories with a twist. Mean while Teal'c (Christopher Judge) is being attacked by Sokar's forces and know needs the Tok'ra. This involves a bomb that will destroy the planet and his friends!


Foothold / season 3 - episode 14

Upon returning from a routine mission, SG-1 learn that there was a chemical spill at the base and are ordered to a medical exam. During the exam they are all sedated and left unconscious. Teal'c (Christopher Judge) awakens and finds that the base has been taken over by aliens that have the ability to alter their physical shape, taking the form of SGC personnel. Carter (Amanda Tapping) who shortly awakens after that is able to escape the base and inform Colonel Maybourne of a foothold situation. Maybourne who does not believe Major Carter has O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) and Daniel (Michael Shanks) come to meet them at a cafe.


Pretense / season 3 - episode 15

The Goa'uld Klorel crashes on the new Tollan home world of Tollana. While there the Tollan along with the Nox and SG-1 conduct a 'Triad' a trial of justice to determine which will control the body, the Goa'uld or the host. Klorel has another Goa'uld Zipnaca speak on his behalf while O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) and Daniel (Michael Shanks) speak on the behalf of Skaa'ra. While out looking around Carter (Amanda Tapping) and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) discover that the Goa'uld are planning an attack on Tollana. Now along with the Nox woman Lya, they must defend not only Skaa'ra but the entire Tollan home world.


Urgo / season 3 - episode 16

Sg-1 step through the Stargate only to find themselves back on Earth, which Hammond (Don S. Davis) says they have been gone for 15 hours. They then start experiencing cravings and end up finding out they have a microscopic implant in their brains. But soon they find an irritating man, who they can only see, called Urgo.


A Hundred Days / season 3 - episode 17

SG-1 arrive on Edora and establish ties with a village. Everyone gathers to watch an annual meteor shower but an enormous shooting star which was very close prompts Sam and Daniel (Michael Shanks) to conduct further research. They find out that the planet periodically travels through an asteroid belt and once every century it hits dense pieces of debris and this year it will! A meteor hits the Stargate before Jack can Escape and burying the gate.


Shades of Grey / season 3 - episode 18

SG-1 visit Tollana and while there O'Neill's (Richard Dean Anderson) behavior seems erratic and he steals a Tollan device. This behavior forces O'Neill into an early retirement and he leaves the SGC. While gone he is approached by Maybourne who tells him of a rogue SG unit that steals alien technology. O'Neill agrees to join this unit and help them. However, things are not as they seem, as O'Neill is secretly working with the Asgard and Tollan to uncover this unit and determine their identity.


New Ground / season 3 - episode 19

Daniel (Michael Shanks) communicates through the Stargate to P2X-416 where he speaks to a young scientist named Nyan. SG-1 travel to the planet where they learn that the planet is involved in a sort of ideological warfare between its two people. The Stargate rests in the middle of Bedrosian territory, whom believe that they were the original inhabitants of the planet and that talk of the Stargate is rubbish. On the other side the Optricans believe that their people were brought through the stone circle by aliens many years ago.


Maternal Instinct / season 3 - episode 20

Bra'tac comes to the SGC bringing news that Apophis has attacked Chulak while looking for the Harcesis child. The child was hidden away by Sha're on the planet Kheb shortly after his birth. SG-1 travel to Kheb and Daniel (Michael Shanks) goes through somewhat of a spiritual awakening as he meets the divine Oma Desla, a powerful being and the caretaker of the Harcesis. SG-1 were also followed by some Jaffa as they attempt to locate the boy, now they must fend off the Jaffa while Daniel receives the message he is suppose to receive.


Crystal Skull / season 3 - episode 21
Story by : Michael Greenburg and Jarrad Paul
Teleplay by : Brad Wright
Directed by : Martin Wood
A crystal skull is discovered on P7X377 and is identical to the one Nick Ballard, Daniel's (Michael Shanks) Grandfather, found in 1971. SG-1 go to investigate it but when Daniel looks into it he undergoes a phase shift and ends up invisible. Jack, Sam and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) return without him (at least that is what they think), and go in search of Nick who might be able to help them find Daniel.


Nemesis / season 3 - episode 22

Directed by : Martin Wood
O'Neill (Richard Dean Anderson) is transported aboard an Asgard ship where he finds that Thor is very ill and is dying. He learns that the ship has become overrun with Replicators, tiny metallic insects that threaten the Asgard galaxy. They have now become a threat to Earth. Against orders, Carter (Amanda Tapping) and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) join O'Neill aboard the ship in an attempt to stop the Replicators. They must blow up the ship in hopes of taking all the bugs with them. They transport the Stargate above the ship and with Thor allow themselves a way to escape.
