It's been 3 months since Jonas Quinn came to Earth,
he is still at the base, using his super fast
learning skills to read all of SG-1's case files.
SG-1 are still trying out replacements for Daniel
(Michael
Shanks), but no one measures up. Jonas wants
to join them and persuades both Sam and Teal'c
(Christopher
Judge) to talk to Jack for him. SGC have built
a new spaceship based on Goa'uld technology with
4 engines, including one which creates a hyperspace
window so they will be able to travel vast distances.
It's been made possible by the Naquadriah that
Jonas brought with him.
Bra'tac arrives and tells Teal'c's that his wife,
Drey'ac, is very ill and dying as she won't accept
a new symbiote.

The Russian liaison is insisting he have the plans
for the X 302 and to have a Russian as part of
SG-1 and the wormhole is still sending through
radiation. McKays idea makes the radiation build
up even quicker but then Jonas & Sam come
up with an idea to remove the Stargate from the
SGC and fly it (with Anubis' wormhole still established)
away from Earth so it won't do any damage when
it explodes, and Jack has to fly a stripped down
X 302 with the Stargate strapped to it.

Osiris' mothership appears to be abandaned and
SG-1 along with Jacob and Major Davis decide to
board it to investigate, leaving Teal'c (Christopher
Judge) and Jonas on board the glider. There
were no life signs displayed on the gliders instruments
so when some Jaffa appear and attack a scientist
who was assisting SG-1, he was taken by total
surprise. The Jaffa have now set the ships computers
to crash land into the planet and ring aboard
the glider. Although Teal'c manages to defeat
the Jaffa the gliders control panel for the rings
is damaged leaving SG-1 trapped aboard the mothership.
Now things aren't looking so good for SG-1 not

and submerged itself underwater.

part of Zedatrone Industries, Adrian Conrad's
company (he was the guy who kidnapped Sam and
had a Goa'uld implanted to try to save his life

he's no where around.

is he? Hammond (Don
S. Davis) wants to know where Jack is but
the Tok'ra don't know. Thoran the Okra Ambassador

leave until he hands them over.
Shadow Play / season 6 - episode 7
written by Joseph Mallozzi, Paul Mullie
directed by Peter DeLuise
A delegation arrives at the SGC from Jonas's home
world. They want to make nice now (sorry about
Daniel (Michael
Shanks), no problem that you're sheltering
a traitor) because the two other major-power countries
on their planet are about to sign a nonaggression
pact, which probably means they've decided to
gang up on the country Jonas is from. But, unknown
to the other countries, the Kelownans have finished
building that naquadria bomb they were working
on and successfully tested it. It made a really
BIG bang, and the politicians are all really happy
about that. They've decided that they're going
to drop it on the other countries in a pre-emptive
strike.
The Other Guys / season 6 - episode 8

a severe case of SG-1 hero worship and when SG-1
get captured by a group of Jaffa Coombs and Felger
(2 of the scientists they were looking after)
decide to rescue them while the other scientist
goes back to the SGC to tell them. Coombs and
Felger manage to get the ring device working and
ring up to the Jaffa's ship. Unfortunately, when
they get there SG-1 aren't too happy to see them
as they were captured on purpose so they can get
to see one of the Tok'ra who has information for
them and is posing as a Goa'uld.

and Jaffa have a public disagreement and later
the body of the Tok'ra is found dead. Malik the
commander of the base that was evacuated demands
that the Jaffa is tested using the Zatarc detector.
The test shows that the Jaffa is lying and he's
taken to a cell, shortly after his body is also
discovered dead, on examination Dr Fraiser, Carter
(Amanda
Tapping) & O'Neill (Richard
Dean Anderson) come to the conclusion that
he must have been facing his killer and standing
directly infront of the bars of his cell. Malik
claims that he must have known his killer and
is now convinced that a Jaffa killed his Tok'ra
friend.
Cure / season 6 - episode 10
written by Damian Kindler
directed by Andy Mikita
SG-1 actually make contact with a friendly race.
They're willing to trade with Earth. For more
gate dialling codes (to Goa'uld worlds) they offer
Earth a medicine with the power to cure any illness.
There is a hidden price which may be too high
to pay. Your own immune system switches off so
you are reliant on the drug totally, a bit like
having a symbiote as a Jaffa. The flawed miracle
drug threatens Pangeran civilization, there isn't
enough to go round the whole population. Upon
investigation of one of the digs the Pangarans
are doing on their planet SG-1 discover that they
are using a captured female Goa'uld (who was kept
a prisoner under the temple for thousands of years
by Ra)to produce more Goa'uld which they are using
for their medicine, tritonin.

Tapping) claiming to know of the existance
of "Prometheus" and shows her a metal
which she has had tested and is convinced isn't
from Earth. Although the reporter doesn't really
know or have anything substantial it is decided
that by the fact she knows the name of the project
its enough to cause concern, so the SGC make a
deal which allows her and a television crew access
to a top security base where "Prometheus"
is being built. Carter and Jonas show the reporter
and her boss around whilst leaving the tv crew
to set up on the bridge. Whilst in the supply
room Carter notices that the computer has stopped
running hyper drive simulations and tries to contact
the bridge but no-one seems to be answering, so
she decides to go and investigate.
Unnatural Selection / season 6 - episode 12
teleplay by Brad Wright
story by Robert C. Cooper, Brad Wright
directed by Andy Mikita
Thor has arrived and SG-1 believe it is to rescue
them, but infact he's there to ask them to go
on a dangerous mission. It appears that the Asgard
attempted to trap the replicators in a time bubble
but the plan failed, and now they want SG-1 to
go in and repair the time dilation device and
re-activate it before the replicators get the
chance to build their forces. O'Neill (Richard
Dean Anderson) confirms with the SGC that
its alright to accept the mission, stressing that
they really don't have a choice and they set off.
When they arrive on the planet they notice that
the surface they are walking on is infact replicator
blocks. There is only one structure on the planet
and SG-1 go inside and investigate.
Sight Unseen / season 6 - episode 13
teleplay by Damian Kindler
story by Ron Wilkerson
directed by Peter F. Woeste
SG-1 bring back a device of the Ancients they
have found on a planet. They're not sure what
it does, but don't feel it's dangerous as the
radiation it is emitting seems harmless. It started
working as soon as Jonas touched it but they're
not sure what it does! Jonas then starts seeing
things, alien bugs, everyone thinks he's going
mad! Jack goes off base to fish but also starts
seeing things, meanwhile at the SGC others also
start seeing the bugs. Hammond (Don
S. Davis) calls for a lockdown and recalls
Jack. They try to shut it down by removing the
control crystals but it still spreads. They then
try removing the device back to the planet it
came from but it does no good so Carter (Amanda
Tapping) and Jonas start trying to rearrange
the control crystals to see if they can reverse
the effect.

he believes him. Major Davis arrives and shows
SG-1 video footage of O’Neill leaving the
building, which they have established the gun

is unwilling to make a deal so Maybourne goes
to leave, throwing a piece of paper on the BBQ.
O’Neill asks what it was and is told it’s
the address for the planet, so he grabs it immediately
and extinguishes the flames. Maybourne tells him
that the address is no good without the key to

eg the asteroid nearly crashing into Earth, the
Goa'uld motherships threatening to invade etc.
Needless to say the other countries are not pleased.
Kinsey uses their displeasure to try to further
his own aims, making out that SGC are not fit
to keep control of the Stargate, and that the
NID should have control of it. Davis finds out

on the ship to be similar to ancient Celtic. Three
people appear behind SG-1 and aim their weapons
causing a standoff. Jonas explains that they are
peaceful explorers and O’Neill continues
by saying they will only attack if provoked. They
lower their weapons and one of them called Corso
introduces himself as the Captain, and then continues
with the introductions of the rest of his crew,
Reynard his 2IC, and Pender the navigator. O’Neill
then introduces himself and the rest of SG-1.

dream, he’s now with Jonas and they are
discussing the fact that he’s about to do
something life altering for his stepfather. He
wakes from kel’nor’eem back at the
SGC and feels his stomach, as if to reassure himself
that he is back in reality, the dream appeared
so real to him. He goes to the commissary, meets
up with Carter (Amanda
Tapping) and tells her that he is having trouble-achieving
kel’nor’eem. He takes a drink and
suddenly appears to be back in his dream again.

Prometheus is being taken for a "shakedown"
skippered by Col Ronson, who keeps having drills
and driving Jack mad! SG-1 are there in "the
unlikely event of an emergency". Well strangely
enough there is any emergency. Sam has designed
a sort of buffer for the naquadria to keep its
instability within bounds so they can use the
hyperdrive but when they go through a gravity
field and the gravity waves damage the buffer
beyond repair. They manage a small hop to a planet
which Jonas found on the cartouche, which, while
they have been unable to dial it must have, or
have had, a gate on it at sometime as it's on
the cartouche.

Jonas has a dizzy spell while on a mission, so
when he returns Fraiser does an MRI and finds

explanation for it. During de-briefing Carter
(Amanda
Tapping) explains that according to Tok’ra
intel Ba’al abandoned the planet over 100
years ago and that he longer extracts naquadah
from there and that it’s going to Lord Mott
instead. Jonas tells them that according to mythology
that Mott is the god of death who was defeated
by Ba’al and forced to live in the underworld.
O’Neill suggests that Mott no longer wishes
to serve him and Teal’c says that if Mott
is stock piling naquadah without Ba’als
knowledge he may be intending to turn against
him.
Full Circle / season 6 - episode 22
written by Robert C. Cooper

On Abydos Skaara and some others are preparing
for an attack from Anubis. At the SGC O’Neill
steps into an elevator which seems to stop abruptly.
O’Neill attempts to use the phone to alert
someone of his situation when he hears Daniel
(Michael
Shanks). Daniel tells him that Abydos is in
trouble and needs his help. Apparently Anubis
is seeking the Eye Of Ra, Daniel is fairly certain
that its located in a lost chamber in Ra’s
pyramid on Abydos. He goes on to explain that
according to legend there are 6 eyes each powerful
in their own right but when joined together increase
by 10 fold. Anubis already has 5 in his possession
and only needs Ra’s to complete the set,
he has searched all of Ra’s hang outs and
is now on his way to Abydos.
