Alice / season 6 - episode 5 teleplay by Bryan Fuller & Michael Taylor story by Juliann deLayne directed by David Livingston music by David Bell During a stopover at a space junkyard, Tom Paris convinces Chakotay to purchase a sporty space shuttle which Paris then constantly labors over to repair. But, he's oblivious that the craft has assumed a sexy female persona that influences his mind to suit her own dangerous agenda. The ship operates via a bio-neural interface, allowing the vessel to interface directly with it's pilot's mind.
Riddles / season 6 - episode 6 teleplay by Robert Doherty story by Andrè Bormanis directed by Roxann Dawson music by Jay Chattaway Janeway and a Keset agent rush to uncover why a mysterious energy force is causing Tuvok's Vulcan physiology to endure severe neurological trauma in the form of mental distress and emotional unpredictability. Tuvok and Neelix stumble on a race of aliens that have spent their entire existance in a state of being cloaked while collecting info on other species.

Pathfinder / season 6 - episode 10 teleplay by David Zabel & Kenneth Biller story by David Zabel directed by Mike Vejar music by Jay Chattaway It takes place almost entirely from the point of view of Earth and something called the Pathfinder Project. That is a Starfleet division that was set up to find Voyager. Not necessarily to bring them home, but to locate and possibly communicate with Voyager. Barclay works on Pathfinder, in the holographic simulation department. He becomes obsessed with Voyager and councellor Troi comes in to lend a hand.
Fair Haven / season 6 - episode 11 written by Robin Burger directed by Allan Kroeker music by David Bell Captain Janeway and her crew enjoy some hard-earned leisure time in the holographic setting of a charming Irish village where she can't help falling for a ruggedly handsome townsman - but their holiday is darkened by an approaching wave on deadly neutron radiation. Created by Paris as a diverson for himself and his mates, sunny FairHaven offers Janeway a deceptively realistic fantasy figure named Michael, whose physical and intellectual specifications are made to order for her.
Blink of an Eye / season 6 - episode 12 teleplay by Joe Menosky story by Michael Taylor directed by Gabrielle Beaumont music by Paul Baillargeon When Voyager becomes ensnared in the orbit of a strange, primitive planet, it's energized core enables it to rapidly develop into a society with warp technology. So Janeway briefly transports The Doctor to the alien world, only to learn that the presence of Voyager has inspired invention among the society, which without warning, aims its own weapons at Voyager.
Virtuoso / season 6 - episode 13 teleplay by Raf Green and Kenneth Biller story by Raf Green directed by Les Landau music by Dennis McCarthy Voyager encounters a species of aliens that have not developed any form of music in their culture. When the Doctor introduces this concept to them, he becomes a celebrity on their planet.
Memorial / season 6 - episode 14 teleplay by Robin Burger story by Brannon Braga directed by Allan Kroeker music by David Bell When the crew return from an away mission, memories begin to surface that are of a war that they don't recall actually participating in. When the Doctor discovers that the crew was not abducted and the memories are real, Janeway tries to discover the reason of their distress while the rest of the crew also begins to have the same memories.
Tsunkatse / season 6 - episode 15 teleplay by Robert Doherty story by Gannon Kenney directed by Mike Vejar music by Dennis McCarthy While the crew enjoys a shore leave on a planet that enjoys wrestling matches called "Tsunkatses," Janeway leaves on an away mission, and Seven and Tuvok desire to study an astronomical phenomena. During their flight, they are intercepted by a ship that abducts rare species for the wrestling matches. When Seven appears on the wrestling floor, the crew fights to get her and Tuvok back.
Collective / season 6 - episode 16 written by Mark Gaberman & Andrew Shepard Price directed by Allison Liddi music by Jay Chattaway The crew discovers a group of assimilated children who have been disconnected from the Collective. While they crave rejoining the hive, the Borg wish nothing to do with them because of their "imperfection".
Spirit Folk / season 6 - episode 17 written by Bryan Fuller directed by David Livingston music by Jay Chattaway Janeway re-visits the idylic holographic Irish town Fair Haven. Problems begin to arise when the Holodeck program runs non-stop. After a glitch in the computers, Paris and Kim inadvertenly use their technology to alter the villagers' world in front of their eyes. The superstitious townsfolk suspect them of being from the "otherworld" and imprison them. When Janeway cannot transport her crewmates off the holodeck, she dispatches the Doctor to pose as a priest with a plan to get them out.
Ashes to Ashes / season 6 - episode 18 teleplay by Robert Doherty story by Ronald Wilkerson directed by Terry Windell music by David Bell To the shock and disbelief of the crew, their colleague, Ensign Lyndsay Ballard, returns to the Starship after having been killed on a mission long ago. Pursued by her alien Kobali abductors, whose reproductive system is centered on reanimation of the dead, she rekindles her former relationships with Janeway and the crew of the Voyager, hoping to reverse the effects of the alien genes implanted in her system.
Child's Play / season 6 - episode 19 teleplay by Raf Green story by Paul Brown directed by Mike Vejar The oldest of the Borg children, Icheb, is reunited with his parents. He does not want to return at first, and Seven doesn't want him to go as she has become attached to him. He also turns out to be quite smart and could be a major help to the Voyager and her crew. He invents a device to scan for wormholes and the like at a miniature 'science fair' aboard Voyager.
Good Shepherd / season 6 - episode 20 teleplay by Dianna Gitto & Joe Menosky story by Dianna Gitto directed by Winrich Kolbe music by Paul Baillargeon Janeway discovers that there are three 'outcasts' on her ship that have never been on an away mission, and who have fallen through the cracks as far as receiving her 'personal attention'. To fix this, she forces the 3 of them to accompany her on an away mission with the Delta Flyer to investigate a newly forming star cluster. But they are attacked by some unseen force/alien, who beams one of the crew members off the Flyer, and actually enters his body.
Live Fast and Prosper / season 6 - episode 21 written by Robin Burger directed by LeVar Burton music by Paul Baillargeon A band of Delta Quadrant con-artists have stumbled across the greatest scam of their careers: Impersonating Captain Janeway and her senior officers. Using their new identities, they move from system to system engaging in a series of lucrative deceptions. Eventually, the real Captain Janeway and her crew are blamed for these deceptions when the con artists do not deliver the goods as promised.
Muse / season 6 - episode 22 written by Joe Menosky directed by Mike Vejar music by David Bell Torres and Harry crash in the Delta Flyer on an alien planet. The planet is developmentally comparable to earth in the Shakespeare period. A 'poet' finds Torres in the downed flyer (Harry punched out in an escape pod) and begins writing plays based on Voyager and the crew. Torres ends up helping him perform his last 'play', which keeps a war from breaking out on the planet because of the play.
Fury / season 6 - episode 23 teleplay by Bryan Fuller & Michael Taylor story by Rick Berman & Brannon Braga directed by John Bruno music by Jay Chattaway Seeking revenge against Captain Janeway, an angry crew member, Kes, returns to Voyager in an aged form of herself, with powers to cripple the vessel and everyone in it, delivering it up to the Vidiians, a life form whose future existence depends upon assuming the internal organs of the living.
Life Line / season 6 - episode 24 teleplay by Robert Doherty & Raf Green and Brannon Braga story by John Bruno & Robert Picardo directed by Terry Windell music by Dennis McCarthy Using the communications technology that Barclay sent to Voyager's crew in "Pathfinder", the Doctor discovers that his programmer, Lewis Zimmerman, is dying of a fatal disease. Faced with the prospect of losing his closest thing to family, the Doctor is transmitted to the Alpha Quadrant, convinced that he is the only one who will be able to help Zimmerman survive.
The Haunting of Deck Twelve / season 6 - episode 25 teleplay by Mike Sussman and Kenneth Biller & Bryan Fuller story by Mike Sussman directed by David Livingston music by Jay Chattaway This story is told as a campfire type story by Neelix to the Borg children. The power on ship goes down, and the regenerating children wake up. Neelix tells them what is happening in the form of story, mesmerizes them into believing that a ghost actually dwells on deck twelve. As Neelix tells it - an electromagnetic life form takes possession of the ship, shutting down all life support systems, while trying to communicate to Janeway its need to return to the nebula from which it came.
Unimatrix Zero(1) / season 6 - episode 26 teleplay by Brannon Braga & Joe Menosky story by Mike Sussman directed by Allan Kroeker music by Dennis McCarthy Unimatrix Zero is a place within the Borg Collective where a small percentage of drones go during their regeneration cycle. Within this virtual reality, they are able to act and think like individuals, although once their regeneration cycle is complete the drones have no memory of this dream-state. After Seven of Nine is brought back to Unimatrix Zero by an old friend to help keep the Borg Queen from discovering this enclave, Captain Janeway sees the situation as a perfect opportunity to try and incite a Borg uprising from within the Collective.
