My Mother the Carjacker / season 15 - episode 2 Homer Simpson learns of his mother's whereabouts, through clues that she leaves in the newspaper. When Mother Simpson returns to Springfield, she is quickly recognized by police and Mr. Burns, and is taken to court over her germ warefare sabotage from the 60s. With help from Homer, she is acquitted, but when she reveals that she used false names when visiting national parks, she is booked on forgery charges.
The President Wore Pearls / season 15 - episode 3 When Martin is forced to resign as student body president of Springfield Elementary, Lisa Simpson and Nelson sign up to be candidates for the role. Realizing she has no hope, she breaks into song at the election and wins the crowd over. Skinner and Superintendant Chalmers are worried that Lisa is too smart for the role. The teachers give her a makeover and Skinner tricks her into a cost-cutting deal which effectively takes art, gym and music off the curriculum. Appalled by the turn of events, Lisa returns to her normal image and steps down from her role, but not before one last request of a student strike.
The Regina Monologues / season 15 - episode 4 Mr. Burns loses a thousand-dollar bill that is quickly turned into the main display at the Museum of Modern Bart Simpson. After Burns shows up to reclaim his money, Bart realizes he still earned enough from charging admission to take the Simpsons to England. When they arrive, Marge Simpson begs Homer Simpson to make this an incident-free trip, which he actually succeeds at until he accidentally runs into the Queen. Now the only thing that will earn Homer a stay of execution is whether he can uncover the plot to poison her majesty.
The Fat and the Furriest / season 15 - episode 5 When Homer Simpson purchases Marge Simpson a 'Kitchen Carnival' for Mothers Day he creates a giant ball of cotton candy and caramel. When it becomes attached to ants and animals he is forced by Marge to take it to the dump, where he is attacked by a grizzly bear. The cowardly attack is taped by a hunter and sent to the media, making him the joke of the town. When his cowardess begins to affect his life he decides to attack the bear that did it to him. After creating a bear attack suit, Marge forbids him to put his life at risk but he sneaks out with Bart Simpson, Lenny and Carl to do so anyway.
Today, I am a Klown / season 15 - episode 6 When Krusty admits that he never had a Bar Mitzvah, he turns to his father for help. Later, when Krusty realizes his shooting schedule has him working on the Sabbath he proposes to hire a guest host. Not wanting to hire anyone that will upstage him or threaten his career, Krusty hires Homer Simpson. At his first show Homer and his guests Lenny, Moe and Carl win over the audience by talking about everyday subjects like donuts.When Lisa Simpson convinces Homer to talk about issues that matter on his show, ratings take a nosedive and people tune into Krusty's celebration.
'Tis the Fifteenth Season / season 15 - episode 7 Mr. Burns gives Homer Simpson an old John DiMaggio baseball card which he sells to Comic Book Guy for extra money. Homer spends it all on a useless talking clock and the family is left with no money for a Christmas tree. Homer watches a bunch of Christmas specials which tell him he's selfish and needs to give. He begins by giving the poor his clothes, buying Lenny a nice gift, offering Marge Simpson the last pork chop, and collecting money at church. Ned decides to buy a present for everyone in town. Lisa Simpson tells Homer people would be happier without presents at Christmas. On Christmas Eve, Homer steals the town's presents, but gets an angry reception in the morning.
Marge vs. Singles, Seniors, Childless Couples and Teens, and Gays / season 15 - ep. 8 When a group of singles, seniors, childless couples, teens, and gays band together to protest having to accommodate families, Marge Simpson organizes a rival group called "Proud Parents Against Singles, Seniors, Childless Couples & Teens & Gays". She works to get a voter sponsored initiative proposition called 'Families Come First', which Mr. Burns supports due to his need for healthy organ donors. Her proposition gets on the ballot, and Homer Simpson attempts to help hound the competition with a commercial that could only do harm.
I, D'oh-Bot / season 15 - episode 9 When Bart Simpson asks for a new bike, Homer Simpson & Marge Simpson agree that if his current bike works, there's no need for a new one. Bart throws his old bike in front of Dr. Hibbert's car, who runs over Snowball II as he leaves. Homer assembles Bart's new bike which collapses on use, so in an attempt to regain respect he builds a robot for competitive fighting. Meanwhile, Lisa Simpson gets a new cat, Snowball III, which drowns in the fishtank. Homer's robot impresses Bart, who doesn't yet know that it's just Homer inside a mailbox. The team compete on "Robot Rumble", and soon enough, "Chief Knock-A-Homer" becomes one of the toughest robots ever.
Diatribe of a Mad Housewife / season 15 - episode 10 Marge Simpson writes a novel and gets endorsements from writers playing themselves. Homer Simpson has a car accident and is fired from the power plant, prompting him to get a job as a car salesman, which he resigns from after purchasing an old ambulance. The book is published and the town begin to talk about Homer and Marge's marriage behind their backs. Homer notices and eventually purchases a copy of the book on tape. Rather than get angry with Ned he consults him for tips on how to become a better husband.
Margical History Tour / season 15 - episode 11 Marge Simpson takes Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, and Milhouse to the public library where all their books have been removed. The kids, without books to write reports with, are helped by Marge who tells them three tales from our history. Henry VIII: Homer Simpson plays King Henry the Eighth, who married and impregnated each of his wives in the hopes that he would get a son to carry on his fame and fortune. Lewis and Clark: Lenny and Carl play explorers Lewis and Clark, who with the help of Sacagiwea (Lisa) make their way to the Pacific Ocean to claim their land. Mozart: Bart stars as a young Mozart in the final story, which focuses on how much talent he posessed but how inconsiderate and annoying he was to the people who loved him.
Milhouse Doesn't Live Here Anymore / season 15 - episode 12 Milhouse and his mother move to Capital City, leaving Bart Simpson without a best friend and Kirk without a son. Bart finds himself bonding with Lisa Simpson, and their relationship grows, that is, until Kirk is awarded "pity custody " of his son. Meanwhile, Homer Simpson, after getting drunk, is mistaken for a beggar, and discovers it's not a bad source of second income. Bart stops hanging out with Lisa which causes her to become jealous. Bart reassures Lisa that while they wont be spending as much time together, he'll be there for support when she needs him. The two share a hug.
Smart and Smarter / season 15 - episode 13 The family attempts to enrol Maggie Simpson into a pre-nursery school but is rejected by the rude admissions clerk as she cannot yet talk. Lisa Simpson recognises her talent so they bring her back to the school for an IQ test. This time the admissions clerk labels her a genius, with an IQ of 167. With Maggie the smartest in the family, Lisa is jealous and tries to make herself a different person but her new identities fail. When she finds she is a little too bitter, she runs away from home and finds refuge in the Natural History Museum. The police track her down and bring the family there to find her. The family, minus Maggie, gets caught in a giant working model of the digestive system.
The Ziff Who Came to Dinner / season 15 - episode 14 Marge Simpson's ex-boyfriend Artie Ziff is discovered in the Simpsons' attic penniless, unemployed, and on the run from the authorities. When the feds come in to arrest Artie, they find that Homer Simpson has won all of Artie's assets in a poker game and is now the primary stockholder, and he takes the fall for Artie's shady business dealings. When Homer receives 10 years in the pokey, Marge becomes convinced that Artie is and will forever be the most selfish man on Earth, but a memorable night out with Selma helps Artie grow a conscience.
Co-Dependent's Day / season 15 - episode 15 Homer Simpson, Lisa Simpson and Bart Simpson get tickets for the latest chapter of "Cosmic Wars." Disappointed, Marge Simpson suggests that the kids write a letter to the creator. They get a reply asking if they can complain in person. The family goes to Northern California. Marge and Homer go on a winery tour, and Bart and Lisa go to make their feelings known. Bart and Lisa find their parents drunk on free wine samples. Marge and Homer make wine drinking a regular event, until Marge gets a hangover. They go to Oktoberfest and both leave drunk. After Homer drives their car off the road, he switches seats and puts Marge behind the wheel. The police arrest Marge; while Homer bails her out.
The Wandering Juvie / season 15 - episode 16 While at a downtown department store, Bart Simpson uses a wedding gift registry to sign himself and his bride "Lotta Cooties" for wedding presents. He invites a number of people to attend his wedding and he plans to return all the unused gifts for store credit. He gets all the gifts delivered but he gets caught by Chief Wiggum. The judge sentences Bart to six months of juvenile detention. Bart tries to find his way at the center, and when Homer Simpson becomes a guard, it doesn't improve his situation at all. The boys and girls are joined for dance lessons, but Bart's partner Gina decides she wants to escape. Since they're handcuffed together, she brings him along.
My Big Fat Geek Wedding / season 15 - episode 17 Right before the long awaited wedding of Mrs. Krabappel and Principal Skinner, Edna finds out that Seymour has doubts and calls off the wedding. While Marge Simpson is consoling Edna and convincing her she did the right thing Homer Simpson tries to help Seymour win her back. Marge then realizes that she herself is in a passionless marriage with a man that doesn’t care for her. Meanwhile, Edna rebounds and falls for Comic Book Guy.
Catch 'em If You Can / season 15 - episode 18 When Marge Simpson and Homer Simpson are caught by Bart Simpson and Lisa Simpson having a romantic weekend in Miami instead of having a boring family visit to Dayton, the kids embark on a cross country journey à la Catch Me If You Can in order to hunt them down and ruin their vacation. Meanwhile, when Grandpa is abandoned in Miami during the chase, he enjoys the company of Raoul, a gay Miami swinger who enjoys Grandpa’s stories.
Simple Simpson / season 15 - episode 19 Homer Simpson becomes a masked vigilante known as “The Pie Man” when he pies Springfield’s miscreants. Lisa Simpson asks him to retire when she discovers what he is up to, although she respects what he is doing. After Homer is pushed too far by Mr. Burns, he comes out of retirement for one last time, but unfortunately, Mr. Burns discovers what he is doing and blackmails him into pieing people that he does not like. Homer agrees, but when his next target is to be the Dalai Lama, Homer faces the music and unmasks himself.
The Way We Weren't / season 15 - episode 20 When Homer Simpson admits that Marge Simpson was not his first kiss, we flash back to Homer in summer camp where his first kiss was with an anonymous girl who turns out to be Marge. Following their kiss, they planned to meet again, but Homer accidentally lands in fat camp and is unable to meet his mystery girl. Marge, unaware that he is locked up in Camp Flab-Away, thinks she is stood up and loses faith in men forever. In the end, they both discover that either one pined away for the other until they met their adult selves.
Bart-Mangled Banner / season 15 - episode 21 When Bart Simpson accidentally moons the American flag and Marge Simpson accidentally says on national television that all of Springfield hates America, the Simpson family is arrested for high treason and sent to Alcatraz. They escape from prison and as they swim to shore, a French ship who takes them to France where they are free to hate Americans picks them up. Although France is lovely, they miss home and decide to return to America as immigrants.
Fraudcast News / season 15 - episode 22 When Mr. Burns is reported dead incorrectly, all of the newspapers and news stations decide to report what they really think of him. In order to end the negative view the public has of him, Mr. Burns buys all of media outlets to brainwash the people of Springfield. There is one newspaper he did not buy however: The Red Dress Press, put out by Lisa Simpson. When she prints an article about Burns’ attempt to manipulate the public’s thinking, he goes after Lisa. After Lisa finally gives in to his torturous ways, Homer Simpson steps up and starts his own paper with front-page news being how great Lisa is.
